Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please review the product description and your order carefully before payment.

If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and details. For damaged items, include photographs if possible. Do not send anything back without contacting us first.

This policy does not limit any refund, replacement or other remedy required by applicable law, including rights relating to unshipped orders. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
