Shipping is $7.95 per order to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Shipping and applicable tax are shown before payment.

Any product-specific shipping estimate will appear on the product page or in your order communication. If no shipment time is stated, orders will ship within 30 days. If we cannot ship within the applicable time, we will contact you to agree to a delay or cancel and refund the unshipped order.

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your delivery address before paying and contact us promptly if it needs correction.

Live kefir cultures arrive with care instructions and a Product Passport. Follow the packed-on date and handling instructions supplied with your order.
